Our in-house sand pit and materials yard give builders and homeowners a simple, local source for bulk materials and disposal. Because we control the pit and the trucking, we control the schedule.

Delivery

Standard delivery: $200 per load in the Sebring and Lake Placid area

Shell delivery: $4.00 per loaded mile

Debris Dumping (Sebring Yard)

Debris dumping: $5.00 per yard

We can often combine materials delivery and debris removal to save trips.

Counties Served

Material delivery is focused around:

Highlands, DeSoto, Hardee and nearby portions of Polk, Charlotte and Sarasota. For larger jobs further out, call to discuss.

Typical Timelines

Most deliveries can be scheduled within 1–3 business days, depending on truck availability and load volume. High-volume builder accounts can arrange recurring deliveries.

Confirm location, quantity and material type

Provide a clear price based on yardage and haul distance

Schedule a delivery window and confirm site access

Deliver and dump where directed, within safe limits

For dumping, we verify material type and quantity before accepting loads.

Spreading or grading of materials on site (available as a separate service)
